Meet us at Le Clos Corbier, a charming 19th century Champagne house in the middle of the Champagne vineyards. You will be welcome by our team members, who love Champagne and meeting people.
We will share with you the history of the place which has seen generations of winegrowers succeed one another.
We will take you to discover our mini vineyard with 3 grape varieties and then show you our traditional press. We will then explore the cellar tunnels of the estate, which contain hidden treasures currently ageing. This underground journey will allow us to show you our vat room, the place where the wines are aged. We will discuss with you the secrets of the Champagne method, from the harvest to the famous dosage.
It will then be time to sit down to enjoy 3 workshops around the Champagne method, aromas and tasting. A friendly moment of sharing, which will allow you to better understand the beauty of this magical nectar, and to awaken your senses. You will taste 3 of our carefully selected family champagnes, from the 2 family brands. You will enjoy Premiers and Grands Crus, including a vintage Blanc de Blancs.
Continue this experience in style by enjoying a traditional Champagne lunch concocted by our chef based on local products and regional specialties. This meal will be accompanied by a champagne pairing, a Coteau Champenois and a Champagne ratafia.Welcome to our sparkling and authentic world.

Superbe expérience complète autour du champagne
Une superbe expérience, la visite du vignoble et de la cave était très intéressante, l’atelier était ludique et enrichissant, et le déjeuner était très bon et servi dans un joli cadre. Chaque étape de l’expérience est en lien avec les autres. De plus, tout est bien organisé du début à la fin. Je recommande vivement !
An enjoyable experience
The ‚small‘ production facilities were greatly compensated with a very knowledgeable and friendly hostess who made it fun understanding the wine-making process with a selection of picture cards! The luncheon was very tasty, the group very entertaining however the wine lacked body. All in all we spent several enjoyable hours learning about the making of champagne in a very warm and friendly atmosphere.
