A dream experience
First the location was stunning and off the beaten path. The experience felt exclusive and catered just to me. All the staff and owner were so humble and welcoming. During the cave tour I learned so much more about champagne from them that the larger houses never shared. So fascinating. Then to top it all off I ended the day with a sabering lesson that was so well taught and such an incredible bucket list dream. Thank you for the core memory!
