During this exceptional experience at Clos Corbier, you will discover the fascinating history of the Maison and the place, deeply immersed in the heart of Champagne's heritage. You will also enjoy anecdotes about sabering, an elegant tradition dating back to the Napoleonic era. After a detailed explanation of the techniques and safety rules, you will have the opportunity to saber a bottle of our own champagne, Collard-Milesi. There is no need to bring your own saber; we will provide one for you.Once the sabering is successfully accomplished, savor your champagne accompanied by delicious gougères prepared by our chef, Stéphane Cappé, for an unforgettable moment of celebration and conviviality.
