Très intéressant.
Il faut un peu chercher pour trouver l'entée du domaine, mais une fois sur place vous êtes accueilli jovialement et il ne reste plus qu'à profiter de l'activité. Je conseil de faire avant le repas, la visite des chais, pour avoir une idée de l'élaboration des différents champagnes proposés au cours du repas. Je recommande cette activité, d'autant plus qu'elle se déroule dans une ancienne écurie très bien aménagée pour cette activité.
