Perfect fieldtrip near Reims
We, group of 16, had a visite to the house of the family Cuillier. We had an explanation about the making off en the characteristics of the champagne by Paulina. It was clear and interesting. Thereafter we could taste some of the champagnes, learned to sable a bottle correctly. We had a good, fun and interesting visit.
Good local experience
It was an interesting experience, good to see how locals produce champagne Vs big champagne houses. However would have been nice to meet the owner and see the passion come through for a family run business rather than then hiring a tour guide to take us around. Very lovely champagne and tastings.
A day to remember
Learned a lot about champagne from our very kind guide and most importantly, had the chance to taste their unique champagnes! It is a highly recommended activity if you are in the area.
