With so many unique flavors and local specialties to discover, it can sometimes be difficult to know where to begin and what to choose. That’s why we created this Cagliari food tour: to offer an authentic overview of the city’s culinary culture through a variety of carefully selected tastings that showcase the true flavors of the region.

POSSIBLE TASTINGS:

Sardinian Sweets: Local patisserie is compulsory to be relished on. Ricotta filled desserts, amaretto biscuits and many others!
Charcuterie: The most typical elements of Sardinian food is Pecorino Sardo cheese and local hams. We'll enjoy those with some local wine such as Cannonau.
First Dish: Fregola, Malloreddus, Culurgiones... Sardinia is full of fresh and rich in flavour first dishes! How can one not taste them... Simply, you cannot miss them!
Pizzetta Sfoglia: Pizza in Cagliari? One may wonder and ask if it is typical but try to ask any Cagliaritan what is the local street food. Only one answer exists.
Coffee: End the food tour with a lovely coffee in an historic cafè. The atmosphere will bring you back to the old times!
