Une activité incontournable si vous allez à Reims
Si vous visitez Reims, oubliez le champagne et allez suivre la formation Torréfacteur d’un jour chez Café Miguel. Vous comprendrez comment doit être torréfié le bon café, quels sont les critères de torréfaction , le tout dans une ambiance sympathique et avec un vrai « sommelier du café ». Pour notre part qui achetons depuis longtemps le mélange prestige, nous avons été conquis par un grand cru d’Ethiopie, le moka sidamo que nous commanderons désormais ! Nous ne pouvons que recommander cette activité.

Ma femme et moi avons passé un super moment en compagnie de l'animateur, ils nous à fait découvrir l'univers du café, nous à appris à le déguster comme un bon vin et nous a fait découvrir toute le processus de torréfaction L'endroit est facile d'accès et c'est une entreprise à taille humaine.
