Expérience très intéressante et instructive. Après cet atelier, on a juste envie de s'équiper pour préparer de la crème Chantilly. Bertrand est très sympathique et pédagogue. Nous sommes répartis avec la Chantilly que nous avons préparée laquelle était délicieuse. Je recommande vivement cet atelier
