Cellar visit - "Easter formula" in Alsace

The tasting begins in the cellar. This is followed by a video explaining how Alsace wines are made (suitable for children). Then we'll visit the cellar, with its wooden barrels over a hundred years old, and you'll discover our family history through a scenographic area with an immersive 180° video projected onto the barrels: unique in France.

We'll finish off with a tasting in the wine shop, where you'll be offered a bottle of "l'Oeuf ou la Poule" wine and a small bag of chocolate eggs.

Duration : 1h

  • 180° immersive video projected on barrels: unique in France
  • Tasting of 5 Alsace wines
  • Children are welcome
  • Family winery
  • Piece of Lamele (typical Alsatian brioche)

On the programme

I welcome you to the cellar with a glass of wine to start the tasting. We will then watch an informative video on the Alsace wine-making process (adapted for children).

I will take you to visit the family cellar dating back to 1850, and discover the century-old oak barrels that we still use to make our wines. In 2020 following the organic conversion of my entire estate, we renovated our cellar and use now of this new space to offer our visitors a new activity. We have a scenographic experience in the cellar with a 180° immersive video projected on barrels : unique in France...This film is not a remake of the video about wine-making process...but a film about my rather rich personal history, and about my work philosophy. The whole video is projected in the cellar, on century-old oak barrels at 180° (mapping on some sequences) with sound work, throwing the audience in total immersion in my story.

We'll finish off with a tasting in the wine shop, where you'll be offered a bottle of "l'Oeuf ou la Poule" wine and a small bag of chocolate eggs.
