Let yourself be surprised by a refined gourmet tasting at Domaine GUETH, where exceptional Alsace Foie Gras meets the elegance and diversity of our family estate’s organic wines.

Alongside Muriel GUETH, independent winemaker, discover six carefully curated food and wine pairings built around three goose and duck Foie Gras, crafted in Gueberschwihr by Marcel Metzger. This original sensory experience challenges expectations by combining both sweet and off-dry wines as well as dry and medium-dry styles, all from our limestone and sandstone terroirs.

Each Foie Gras is paired with two different wines, revealing the full richness of possible combinations — for a total of six wines tasted and commented. You will discover how a wine’s minerality, freshness or sweetness can elevate the very same product in entirely different ways.

More than a simple tasting, this gastronomic experience invites you to explore the subtleties of pairing Foie Gras with Alsace wines through exceptional products: Foie Gras made naturally without force-feeding, and organic wines from our own estate-grown harvest.
