PIEGE A TOURISTES
Déçue par cette expérience. L’audioguide n’est pas synchronisé avec les lieux : beaucoup de blancs, peu d’infos, alors que l’histoire du Luxembourg mériterait mieux. Le centre-ville n’est même pas commenté. Pour 25 €, c’est cher payé. Résidente depuis 30 ans et ancienne hôtelière, je trouve que la prestation n’est pas à la hauteur. Au LCTO, accueil peu aimable et ma tante de 80 ans s’est vu répondre d’aller sur internet car il n’y avait rien en papier… Alors qu’à Trèves, dès le lendemain, elle a reçu sans problème des brochures comme cela se fait encore dans beaucoup de pays. On a l’impression d’un piège à touristes. Rien n’a changé depuis des années…
Not recommended at all !
The air conditioning was not working and neither the roof of the van was open. Had to seat for the 50 mins tour in the scorching heat without any proper ventilation. The driver did not bother to check. It is best to use the public transport as they are free and they cover every place, the buses and trams. Nothing special at all about this tour.
