 POSSIBLE TASTINGS:

  • Chopping board of cold cuts and glass of wine - how can you go to Parma and not try the famous prosciutto crudo? But not only that! You can also taste other cured meats, all accompanied by a good glass of wine.

Tortelli are a square-shape egg pasta filled with differents ingredients such as beet leaves and spinach, ricotta, parmesan cheese or with pumpkin that balanced with parmesan cheese give rise to a unique taste. But you can decide to taste also the famous anolini, a stuffed disc shaped pasta served in beef soup to warm you up on the coldest days.
