Great introduction to Champagne
It was a great experience to learn about the process of making Champagne. Our guide was very knowledgeable and gave us a lot of information in perfect English. We had the chocolate pairing and they even got some additional chocolates and apple juice for the kids. This was very kind and made the experience complete!
