Une visite très enrichissante avec un guide passionnant qui aime transmettre le savoir faire de cette biscuiterie. Nous avons découvert le fonctionnement d'une chaine complète et dégusté de délicieuses gourmandises. Une visite qu'il ne faut pas rater en passant à Reims !
Visite très intéressante et sucrée
Hayrton nous a accueilli avec le sourire et connaît parfaitement l'histoire de la biscuiterie mais pas que. Dégustation et découverte des meringues aux framboises, sablés roses au caramel puis visite des différents métiers et différentes étapes de réalisation.
