Poor customer service
My booking was cancelled due to poor weather - no problem with that (although as I booked it two hours before, the company should have known the session wasn’t running). However, since then I’ve been emailing to try and get a refund, but still haven’t had a refund or a reply to my email. However, they have sent this request for a review through. Terrible customer service and unethical behaviour.
