Since 1997, the Guillon Distillery has proudly displayed its stills in the heart of the Montagne de Reims, in the middle of a state-owned forest of oak, beech, and blue cedar.

On the programme

You will discover, in this museum, the somewhat crazy history of this family and artisanal house, from the discovery of the pure water source that gives the incomparable taste of the Esprit du Malt de la Montagne de Reims. You will discover the entire process of transforming Champagne barley into a deliciously fragrant amber-colored spirit. You will learn everything about double distillation and aging in oak barrels from the most illustrious French vineyards.

And to conclude this discovery of the area, you can learn about the tasting of the Esprit du Malt de la Montagne de Reims in the warm setting of an old hunter's house that is nearly 400 years old. Your sense of smell, sight, and taste will be put to use for an olfactory and gustatory journey that you won't soon forget... all, of course, in moderation.
