Chef très à l'écoute, très bonne expérience et explications de la part du chef qui prend le temps avec chaque participant. Je pense reprendre un cours dans les mois à venir. Aucune difficulté pour réserver ni pendant l'atelier. Je recommande. J'avais réservé le cours pour ma sœur Marie Claire Fabre.
