The recipes change with the seasons, using fresh, local produce:

Summer recipes – July to September

Duck breast : every Wednesday and Saturday at 11.30am
Sea bream fillet : every Friday at 11.30am

Autumn recipes – October to December

Paella-style risotto : every Wednesday and Saturday at 11.30am.
Roast chicken breast : every Friday at 11.30am.
