What a wonderful and delicious experience
Booking and cooking were just great - only finding the location was a little quest. In the end we walked out very happy and with four self made macarons - so proud!
Excellent class, hard to find
The class and the instructor were fantastic and the macarons were the best we had in Paris. The only negative was that there was no communication about where the class was located once inside of Galeries Lafayette. There were no instructions about how you would need to make your way to the third floor and navigate over to this one particular corner of the mall. Luckily, the concierge desk was helpful and able to assist us with finding the class.
Family-Friendly Macaron Masterclass at Galeries Lafayette
I attended the Macaron Pastry Class by Galeries Lafayette with my 11- and 13-year-old boys in July 2025, and it was fantastic. The chef explained every step clearly, making it easy for them to understand and follow. They enjoyed hands-on practice piping shells, preparing fillings, and assembling macarons. By the end, they felt confident they could recreate these treats at home. The class was engaging, fun, and perfectly paced for kids. Taking home their own macarons and recipes was a lovely touch. This experience was educational, memorable, and truly inspired my boys to bake more. Highly recommended for families!
