All Verification of your ID and booking confirmation may be requested at the entrance of the Appartment.

• Adult lessons : All children under 5 cannot participate and children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult. Accompanying persons must also have an admission ticket. You can book the course in English and French.

• Family experience : To participate in the family workshop, it is imperative to compose at least a group of one adult with one child. No more than two children per adult. All children must be between 5 and 12 years old. If you do not meet one of these conditions, your access to the family workshop may be refused.

• If the minimum number of participants is not reached, Galeries Lafayette reserves the right to cancel the course. In this case, you will be refunded the full amount paid. You can cancel on your behalf, free of charge, up to 48 hours in advance. After this time, the total amount of the lesson will be invoiced.

• We invite you to show up 5-10min before the activity, in case of delay of more than 10min, access to the activity will unfortunately be refused.

• Meet at the Appartement Lafayette, 40 Boulevard Haussmann, 3rd floor of the main store "La Coupole", next to the (Re)Store area and close to the brands Personal Seller and the Conciergerie.

• For holders of a GOCITY pass, they must present it subject to access to the activity.
